When we receive your request, you will have our email confirmation of services or recommendations within 24 to 48 hours including full details and facilities.

Payment should be in USD $ ether by credit card or bank transfer otherwise your reservation will be conceder as a request.

All rates quoted are net and non-commissionable, inclusive of all taxes and service charges. Rates are in US Dollars

Certain suppliers may charge handling Fees from time to time and this will be advised at the time of confirmation

Hotels categories are based on the information provided to us by the hotel management, and we do all possible to authenticate it, however we cannot be held responsible if the hotel has provided us with inaccurate information

Our return mail confirmations will include booking reference and the net amount payable to us

The number of passengers on the booking must equate to the room type eg. Single Room: 1 person, Double; 2 persons, Triple: 3 persons. Therefore if a booking is being made for 1 single and 1 Twin, the number of persons cannot exceed 3 passengers. If children are being booked then the booking must specify if an extra bed is required or the child will share parents room with no extra bed.

Cash customers will not be allowed to make online bookings, they could visit our office in Damascus to book and pay

Travel Insurance is not included; all guests are requested to have this service from Insurance Company in their home country.

Amendment & Cancellation:

Amendments and Cancellations can be made without any penalty or cancellation charges prior to the cancellation deadline 10 days before arrival.

Any request for amendments or cancellations after the cancellation deadline may attract cancellation penalties. Cancellation charges vary from hotel to hotel and can range from a minimum of 1 night stay to full charges for the entire stay.

When booking is amended or cancelled, you will receive mail notify you of any amendment or Cancellation charges.


Refund requests will only be processed if received in writing within 10 days from the service date.

Refund requests for partially utilized services will not be processed unless we receive written proof from the service provider that the guest has not utilized all the services in full as specified on our final confirmation and that a refund will apply to the un-utilized services.

Refund requests for fully un-utilized services will be processed once we receive the written request. Refunds are subject to receiving confirmation from the hotel. The refundable amount provided by the hotel is final including cases when no refund is applicable.
Destinations tours requires a period of 24 days to process any refund requests. No claims would be entertained after a refund is processed.
